COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL ISLAND CORPORATE SERVICES ANNOUNCES A 7,183 SF COMMERCIAL LEASE TRANSACTION

Mario Vigliotta, Associate of Coldwell Banker Commercial Island Corporate Services, recently completed a 7,183 SF commercial lease at 161 River Avenue in Patchogue. Vigliotta represented both the landlord, Rowaldal Realty Corp. and the tenant, Great South Bay Distillery, LTD.  Great South Bay Distillery, LTD will use the former craft beer distillery site to produce vodka, gin, whiskey and bourbon. They plan to expand the existing tasting room and update the building’s fa├žade.  A grand opening is planned for the summer of 2019.

Mark Pawlitschek, Associate of Coldwell Banker Commercial Island Corporate Services, recently completed a 6,243 SF, long term, office lease at 1300 Walt Whitman Road in Melville. Pawlitschek represented the tenant, BHC Architects, LLP, an architecture, planning & interiors firm covering the Northeast and Mid Atlantic.   BHC Architects was established in 1880 and has wide experience in mixed use buildings, residential, hospitality, office and public projects with a specific emphasis on libraries and educational buildings.  Gus Nuzzolese of Colliers International LI, Inc. represented the landlord in the transaction.
